Why is 99.999% so much better?
If a 99.9% effective cleaning product is being used on an area with 1,000,000 bacteria it would leave behind 1000 bacteria once disinfected. As bacteria multiply you could be left with 64,000 bacteria just 2 hours after disinfecting the area. When a 99.999% effective cleaning product is used only 10 bacteria would be left behind out of the 1,000,000 we began with. Using the same multiplying factors after 2 hours there would only be 640 bacteria present.
How does it kill viruses without containing alcohol?
GermzAway contains the active ingredient
What is Chlorhexidine?
Chlorhexidine is a disinfectant and antiseptic that is used for skin disinfection before surgery and to sterilize surgical instruments. It is also used for cleaning wounds, preventing dental plaque and found in toothpaste, antiseptic mouthwash, eyedrops and deodorant. And now it is the sterilising agent used by GermzAway in all sanitisers, foggers and sterilising systems.
